İngilizce ismi Heart and Mouth and Deed and Life olarak geçer. Leipzig'de bestelenmiş ve ilk temsili 1723 yılında yapılmıştır. Trompet, 2 obua, oboe d'amore, oboe da caccia, fagot, iki keman, viola, basso continuo, standart bir 4 sesli koro ve soprano, alto, tenor ve bas için bestelenmiştir.
