The Adventures of Pow Wow 1949 yılında New York'ta yerel olarak yayınlandı ve daha sonra Kaptan Kanguru programında 1950'lerde çizgi dizi olarak yayımlanmıştır.

Konusu

Çizgi film, Pow Wow adında Hint bir çocuk ile kabile büyücüsü ve Pow Wow'un arkadaşı olan Hint bir kız ile birlikte geçmektedir. Çizgi film, Pow'a zarar veren hayvan Wow'un keşfiyle başlar ve çeşitli tehditlere karşı orman ve yaban hayatı korumak için yaptığı girişimlere odaklıdır. Pow Wow zamanda yardıma ihtiyacı gerektiğinde, bilge adam tıp avukatını arar.

Yayın tarihi

The Adventures of Pow Wow ilk olarak New York'ta WNBT-TV'de 30 Ocak, 1949 tarihinde yayınlandı. 15 dakika aralıklar ile, karikatür ise 13 Mart, 1949 yılına kadar Pazar sabahları yayınlandı.

Karikatür 1956 yılında, popüler çocuk gösterisi Kaptan Kanguru'da yeniden ortaya çıktı ve Screen Gems tarafından yeniden sendikasyon edildi. 1958 yılına kadar 5 dakikalık bir dizi olarak Kaptan Kanguru'yla beraber devam etti. Karikatürler tekrar sendikasyon'dan sonra New York ve Chicago'da yerel ortaya çıktı.
