Hello infobox, it's right, in Turkish, comma and dot signs are using opposite of English. Dot is using for separating digits whilst comma is for decimals. Cem Yıldız (mesaj) 07:56, 27 Kasım 2012 (UTC)

Those standarts are organizing by "Turkish Language Institution", you can see it on their website. Under the Nokta ( . ) (dot) title, there is written that 9. Dört ve dörtten çok rakamlı sayılar sondan sayılmak üzere üçlü gruplara ayrılarak yazılır ve araya nokta konur: 1.000, 326.197, 49.750.812 vb., which means, for the number which has more than 3 digits, dot is using there as grouping the number into triple groups.
