Hakikat ve uzlaşma komisyonu (Güney Afrika)

Hakikat ve Uzlaşma Komisyonu (İngilizce: Truth and Reconciliation Commission), apartheid'in sona ermesinden sonra Güney Afrika'da toplanan mahkeme benzeri onarıcı bir adalet organıydı.^[1] Ağır insan hakları ihlallerinin kurbanı olarak tanımlanan tanıklar, deneyimleri hakkında ifade vermeye davet edildi ve bazıları kamuya açık oturumlar için seçildi.^[2]
