1990 NBA Playoffları

1990 NBA Playoffları 1989-90 sezonu sonunda başlamıştır. Detroit Pistons ve Portland Trail Blazers finallerde karşılamıştır. Pistons 4-1 iler seriyi geçerek ikinci defa NBA şampiyonu olmuştur. Isiah Thomas finallerin en değerli oyuncusu seçilmiştir. Lakers sezonu 63 galibiyet ile ilk sırada tamamlamasına rağmen, ikinci turda Phoenix Suns'a 4-1 ile seriden elenmiştir. Pistons doğu konferansı finalinde Michael Jordan'lı Bulls la ile karşılamış çok zorlu geçen seriyi 4-3 ile geçebilmiştir.
